Just thawing the food right before serving, which can drastically shorten cooking time.

Utilization of "Hybrid Menu" which is a combination of Traditional Onsite CookingReady to Cook Products, improvement of the efficiency of facility meal preparation can be achieved.

Example① Meal Menu

A proposal for facilities wishing “we can provide rice and soup, but we'd like to source other items..."

Example of a "Hybrid Menu"(6dishes)

Since there is no need to have a qualified personnels ( professional chef, etc.) as the cooking staff, cooking can be done with only part-time staff.

The approximate number of staff is based on work in a typical kitchen with approximately 50 to 100 beds (see the flow below) that utilize "Ready to Cook Products".

Currently, it is widely used mainly in elderly care and welfare facilities.

By utilizing "Ready to Cook Products", the facility can flexibly respond to each user's individual needs. Furthermore, it reduces the workload of cooking staff and reduces facility operating costs.

We are also willing and able to counsel the actual circumstances of each facility and to suggest ingredients selection and menu planning, so please feel free to contact us.
