1. New welfare business development

We provide support for business development, including new businesses related to Japan’s Elderly Care Insurance, establishment of new welfare facilities, and service proposals for the nursing care field.

2. Human resource development

We provide learning opportunities for new employees and management staff on a variety of topics, such as lectures and workshops.

3. Inside the office In-house ICT implementation

By supporting the implementation of IT utilization, we aim to reduce operational burdens, facilitate smooth communication, and improve operational efficiency and service quality.

4. Direction on Training, etc

In addition to providing on-site staff with the skills and knowledge they need, we also support to create the systems such as training programs to bring motivation on their daily work. (Including one-time and annual plans)

5. Public Relations

We provide public relations support for nursing care facilities with the aim of acquiring new users externally and repeat customers internally (improving usage rates).
