16 years of experience working as a care worker in managerial positions, including on-site staff, facility manager, & starting a day service, hecarries out various activities with the goal of "Realizing a society where people can die in their own way". He presides over "Care Lab" a place for dialogue that transcends the various boundaries of the nursing profession. In addition, as a director of the NPO "Ubdobe", he engages in various activities aimed at spreading the word about welfare from a positive perspective & increasing the number of people involved in welfare, as well as holding lectures & conferences throughout the country.
